Pets on Strike Return & Refund Policy

1. The Pets’ Bill of Rights (Return Edition) We are committed to customer and pet satisfaction. If your furry comrade isn’t satisfied, neither are we.

2. Refunds or Replacements: Because Even Rebels Deserve Options Eligibility: Let us know within 30 days of delivery if you or your pet aren’t happy. We’ll refund or replace your product - whichever works best for you. How to Start: Email us at support@petsonstrike.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll handle the rest faster than your cat knocks things off tables.

3. Damaged or Defective Products If your treats arrive looking like they’ve already been through a protest, snap a photo and send it our way. We’ll replace or refund. No negotiations needed.

4. The Fine Print (But We Won’t Make You Read It in a Monotone) We reserve the right to refuse requests that don’t meet our policy. Refunds go back to the original payment method. No ransom notes required.

Why This Policy? At Pets on Strike, we believe in fairness for pets and their humans. If something’s not right, we’ll fix it. After all, even rebels need snacks.
