Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock Orders: We process and ship in-stock orders within 0-1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Transit Times: Delivery times vary by location and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow your package’s journey right to your door.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s value.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.
Delivery Address
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
- Need to update your address after placing an order? Contact us immediately at orders@petsonstrike.com.
- We’ll do our best to assist, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is in transit.
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please reach out to our team.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—your pet’s happiness is our priority!
